Rock climbing and Jiu Jitsu


I am going to be reprinting some old classic entries from my previous blog called The Angry Grappler. It will chronicle the evolution in my understanding of martial arts.

Its really similar, both are about 3 points of contact always! Why 3? Because 3 points make a triangle, the most secure shape of all. And you got one limb free to look for the next transition.
