Added Benefit Of Training Positions And Transitions

It alleviates a lot of burden from your joints. I feel a ton better, even though the training level has escalated, because we are training transitions and positions as opposed to constant choke, guillotine, armbars, leg locks, all my joints feel a whole lot better. It adds to the life of a grappler as well as makes them an overall more effective one.
