Sleep And BJJ
If BJJ is a game of efficiency, and drilling is the science of efficient training, where does quality sleep go into your equation. 10,000 hours or more to master a skill they say, but what about 10,000 hours of practice on poor sleep vs someone who gets 10,000 of practice on good sleep, will the results be the same?

UFC 150 Mathis vs Boucher
I got to be a part of this UFC spoof along with one of my close friends who frequently contributes to Inner BJJ. He did the now infamous belt tie video. If your looking to spot me, I'm the guy with red gloves beating on Boucher yelling "come on champ!"

Top Reasons Not To Multitask
I have long considered the perils of multitasking. BJJ is a magnifier for this. When you think beyond, stay safe, conserve energy, win the fight, thinks get pretty complicated quickly.
